Our Shipping & Return Policy
ROZA, SAN FRANCISCO offers FREE ground shipping via UPS on orders going to any destination in the contiguous United States. Please allow 3-8 business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from our office located in Danville, CA.
We offer expedited orders via UPS 2-Day delivery for $25. If you need your order further expedited, please email us at email@example.com and we will get your package to you on time.
Please note that displayed prices do not include any sales tax. These are calculated at the time of checkout.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.
We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS 2-Day delivery for $15.
ROZA, SAN FRANCISCO offers FREE shipping on orders over US$300.00 with insurance, tracking number and customer signature. For orders below US$300.00, we apply a flat fee of US$55.00 with insurance, tracking number and customer signature. International orders will be packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. Business days are Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

Please also note that our prices DO NOT include any kind of non US local taxes, VAT and Customs duties. Before ordering, it is recommended you contact your local Tax and Customs Authorities for more information and exact applicable taxes.
Orders are paid in USD and the exchange rate will be calculated at time of purchase by the customer’s credit card processor. We are unable to offer adjustments for exchange rate changes. The exchange rate and international credit card fees will be dependent on the credit card that the customer is using.
Please also note that we do not ship to international P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment. However, we have to apply a certain return and exchange policy we describe below, due to the nature of the delicate products we sell:
All returned items must be postmarked within 4 days of the original delivery received date in order to be eligible for a full refund.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted on full priced products purchased on www.rozasf.com provided that the products have not been worn or used. All merchandise must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags attached. All returns must be in perfect conditions and include the signature satin storage pouch. Items returned with stains, snags, holes, tags missing, smoke odor, or other will not be accepted and you refund will not be processed.
Discounted items are final sale.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable on both outbound and returned items (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance. We will not be responsible for return shipments lost by your shipping provider.
